From your client roster, add a new client and choose "Invite to portal." They'll get an email invitation, or you can copy the invite link directly if that's easier to share.
Only if you give them permission to. Every team member's access to charts, invoices, and messages is controlled individually from your team settings.
From your dashboard, you can export your full client roster or your invoice history to CSV at any time. No need to contact us first.

If you choose to record a telehealth session, it's automatically and permanently deleted 15 days later. There is no way to extend that window.
